UPDATE: 1 October 2019
PIN SECURITY

We are pleased to announce that the new PIN security feature is now completed!

This year there will be changes when members use the hampsta card in-store. From the 1st of DECEMBER you will now be prompted to enter a PIN number just like when you use an EFTPOS card.

It’s super easy to add your PIN, Click here to complete the process or call our team on 0800 364 364 and they can help you.

Make sure you have your mobile number registered to your hampsta account in-order to complete the PIN set-up.

Please note: Your new 4-digit PIN will also give you access to your online account and replace any access code set previously.

Many thanks.

The hampsta Team.
